Position Overview

As a Asset Disposal Coordinator, you will be responsible for communication back to Keene Data Quality Team with appropriate paperwork and completion information for the Manufacturers. In addition to Manufacturer requests, the position will manage the research and resolution of problem pallets found by Warehouse operations and Maintenance. 


  • To be an operational source for updating Master Data information that is causing delays in the receiving process.
  • Physically and systematically audits pallets of damaged product for salvage, recoup, disposal or re-induction. Captures photos of damaged product, processes adjustments using the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and creates reports using Excel to provide documentation to Manufacturers for damaged product based on auditing guidelines.
  • Utilizes Material Handling Equipment such as a Fork Lift or Pallet Jack to move pallets throughout the warehouse and to load / unload trailers. 
  • Coordinates special projects requested by Manufacturers, which includes conversion PO’s, pallet reconfiguration projects and inspections.
  • Responsible for the accuracy, maintaining, and communication of ADRs, Inspections, and Special Projects. This includes the filing of any required documentation.
  • Coordinates Asset Disposals requests, which includes coordination with hauler equipment or ES3 Sanitation Department and arranging transport to the Dump or Composting Site.
  • Receives and processes returns arriving at the York facility which includes verification of items and case quantities. 
  • Coordinates Manufacturers sample orders on a daily basis. This includes timing of selection and packing to insure readiness for pick up by parcel shipping services.
  • Ability to supervise temporary help and/or warehouse assigned helpers through the specifics of a project to insure the Manufacturer’s instructions are followed.  
  • Replenishing / Requesting supplies when needed
  • Responsible for keeping the department work area clean & organized
  • Performing safety inspections on MHE prior to use
  • Cross training to other areas of the Business Unit or other Business Units within the Warehouse


  • Preferred experience on pallet jack and forklift, but will train
  • Internet, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook
  • 1 to 2 years of Physical Warehouse or Inventory experience preferred
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred 
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to multi-task to meet deadlines
