    Position Overview

    As the Director of Partner Solutions, you will lead the Account Management and Customer Service teams, who are responsible for the development and execution of business plans that deliver joint value across the supply chain. The team effectively translates customer requirements, creates organic growth opportunities, and generates revenue. It will also develop strategic customer relationships, and drive continuous improvement objectives to exceed customer expectations. 


    • Lead and foster customer relationships for ES3’s manufacturing partners, including contract negotiation encompassing revenue generation and organic growth.
    • Develop, recommend, and maintain customer service strategies involving logistics trade terms and cost to serve customer models.
    • Focus the customer service organization on re-engineering efforts including systems and processes to reduce costs or improve efficiency.
    • Lead the team responsible for order processing, electronic commerce integration/administration, data management, customer logistics teams, and supply chain performance to end customers.
    • Develop the methods, procedures, systems, and analytical tools required to ensure visibility to our performance against customer KPIs (e.g. cost to serve, customer scorecards, operational efficiency).
    • Lead customer Business Reviews with executive leaders of manufacturing partners.
    • Develop, lead, and expand the use of customer specific teams to provide tactical and strategic direction to ensure both Customer and Supply Services objectives are met


    • Bachelor's degree required in related field 
    • At least ten years' progressive experience in Accounting and financial reporting; five+ years in customer facing roles.
    • Specialized knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Financial ERP Systems (Lawson/Oracle), Hyperion.
    • Ability to think critically and independently to solve problems.
    • Strong multi-tasking, communication and organizational skills.
    • Strong management skills and ability to provide leadership to team.
    • Ability to work well with all levels of team members with different backgrounds and needs.
    • Experience with Supply Chain, Warehouse/Transportation Operations a plus.
