    Position Overview

    As a Lift Operator, you are responsible for moving products within the warehouse. In this role, you will pull product out of racks, refill benches/pallet slots, work with a handheld device for replenishment and work with other warehouse employees to maintain a clean and safe warehouse.


    • Pull products out of racks as needed
    • Refill benches and fill pallet slots
    • Maintain the proper replenishment in the computer, using a handheld device, when the pallet is put back in the rack
    • Work together with other warehouse employees to accomplish daily tasks, and to maintain a clean and safe warehouse
    • Assist in other areas of the warehouse when needed


    • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
    • Power Industrial Lift Certificate
    • Good verbal communication skills; able to speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; listen and get clarification; respond well to questions; participate in meetings
    • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
    • Math skills: able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers
    • Able to occasionally walk and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Regularly lift and/or move up to 100 pounds
    • Legally authorized to work in the United States or the ability to obtain the same
    • Compliance with all company policies and procedures
    • Successful completion of pre-employment drug testing and background check
