As a Director, Human Resources Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing strategic support to senior leaders in the business. You will be responsible for providing HR Consulting and problem-solving solutions to the business. You will define business requirements and develop and execute a human resource plan that is aligned to the business strategy and organizational goals.
You will work both strategically and hands-on to deliver results for the business/functional groups. An HR Business Partner engages the resources of the broader HR organization to enable the execution of this strategy, including leveraging the functional expertise and resources of the Centers of Expertise (COE’s) and HR Operations Center. NOTE: This will be especially important in this role given the status of ES3 as a separate subsidiary.
