    Position Overview

    The primary purpose of this position is to lead maintenance technicians and fault recovery teams in the daily activities of the maintenance department.

    Responsibilities

    • Instruct and provide oversight to maintenance team members in the proper execution of all established quality, safety and sanitation practices of maintenance operations.
    • Manage associates to ensure adequate coverage and response times to support the operation of the automation system.  Escalate issues to the correct resources for rapid recovery.  Maintain accurate timelines for issues that occur.
    • Manage associates to ensure all work orders are properly handled to include accurate labor hours logged, accurate parts usage, correct work type and status.
    • Monitor all automation equipment to ensure its proper functionality.  Run reports to identify faulting equipment and prioritize for repair with the Shift Manager in Operations
    • Utilize progressive coaching and counseling concepts according to established policies and procedures to provide continuous feedback on performance, increase employee retention and improve employee relations

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree or Associates with relevant work experience
    • 3-5 years of experience in maintenance operations or maintenance management
